Brantner Gulch at Riverdale Regional Park

Phase 1

Projects

Brantner Gulch at Riverdale Regional Park

This project aims to address an existing floodplain that currently cannot handle a 1-year flood event. The streamway’s restoration is essential for improving the area's sustainability, allowing it to withstand 100-year flood events. CEI is leading heavy earthwork, excavation, and stream restoration efforts, particularly in collaboration with the golf course. The project scope includes significant structural work to install a new triple-cell concrete box culvert measuring 20 feet by 9 feet by 75 feet, which will bridge the irrigation ditch at the top of the channel. Additionally, the project will involve constructing low-water crossings, golf cart and pedestrian-style bridges, and rebuilding an entire section of the roadway.
